My Story and Why this Site Exists
I suffered from low energy and after many visits to multiple doctors and several tests later revealed that all my levels were within "normal" range.  I was active and relatively fit but the bouts of low energy and accompanied moodiness were wearing my thin. 

 

Doing my own research, I came across an article about how grains affect insulin uptake and how other allergins cause a magnitude of issues in humans. I did an initial 30-day experiment to see if I benefited. 

 

I did and this experiment has turned into a lifestyle change that I believe can help so many people that I put this website together as a testomonial of my personal success and to lead your to resources that will change your health and subsequently your life.

Most people that come to this site are interested in losing weight so here is what you can do NOW to start losing:

  • Stop eating all grains (wheat, corn, rice - particularly wheat - this means all bread and pasta)
  • Eat grass fed meats
  • Limit dairy and get from grass fed sources
